Without proper support, these challenges can contribute to burnout, anxiety, depression, and other lasting effects on their professional and personal lives.
Strength to Serve, an initiative of the Mobile Law Enforcement Foundation in partnership with Mobile Counseling Center, helps ensure Mobile Police Department officers and dispatchers have access to confidential, evidence-based mental health care for trauma, grief, and PTSD.
By prioritizing mental health and providing access to care, Strength to Serve helps those who protect our community receive the support they deserve.
